29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary. Scrapers, spuds, or other such tools used for cleaning purposes were not of nonsparking material: a.) On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior, in the north paint shop, the interior of the spray room was not kept free from the accumulation of residue exposing employees to hazards associated with fire. b.) On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior, in the south paint shop, the interior of the spray room was not kept free from the accumulation of residue exposing employees to hazards associated with fire. c.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the north paint spray room, scrapers, spuds, or other such tools used for cleaning purposes were not of non-sparking material.
