29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: The Pullman Company, LLC DBA Tenneco Automotive located at 11800 County Road 425 in Napoleon, Ohio 43545: On or about February 26, 2025, the employer did not ensure each chemical container in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s), and manufacturer information. A plastic gallon jug containing the Vuldra 5580, a metalworking fluid, located at press 7785 and the draw press were not equipped with a GHS label. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with 3-amino-4-octanol and hexahydro-1,3,5-tris (3methoxypropyl)-1,3,5-triazine such as, but not limited to skin irritation, redness, dryness and cracking.
