At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Front side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a newly constructed apartment building, ranging approximately 7 ft to 21 ft from an unsupported scaffold without receiving adequate training on carefully inspecting scaffolds and recognized hazards that may be associated with the work requirement.
