29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard while working with a grinder (i.e. JET - Model No. JBG-10A - Serial No. 06050134) that had its tongue guard placed at approximately 1/2-inch from the wheel periphery.
