29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2):Additional requirements for unqualified persons. Employees who are covered by paragraph (a) of this section but who are not qualified persons shall also be trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 1910.331 through 1910.335 but which are necessary for their safety. On or about October 25th, 2024, employees engaged in oven operations located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to electrical hazards in that the Blue Oven Operator did not receive electrical training from their employer prior to handling energized circuits on the Blue Oven. As a result, an employee was shocked.
