29 CFR 1910.426(c)(1): A separate dive team member did not tend each diver in the water during mixed-gas diving: a) South of Duke Island near Sisters Island- 54�51.270' N 131�17.350' W - F/V Dive Master - On or about October 2, 2024 employees conducting a mixed air supplied diving operation, were exposed to safety and health hazards from delays in diving emergencies without an additional dive team member tending each diver in the water.
