29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed. a) Adler Pelzer Group on or about October 15, 2024, at the location of 1550 N. Wynn Rd. Oregon, Ohio 43616: The employer did ensure employee performing electrical work on 110v, 220v and 480v systems, were provided with and used appropriate electrical protective equipment for the body, hands, head, and face. Due to this condition employees tasked with installing and maintaining electrical equipment where potential live conductors were present, were exposed to electrical shock and arc flash hazards.
