29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) Front Roof Access Ladder- On or about September 21, 2024, employees accessing the roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eighteen (18) feet, four (4) inches from the use of a ladder whose base was approximately one-third of the total working length of the ladder at too shallow of an angle. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
