29 CFR 1910.263(g)(3): Stopping device(s) were not within easy reach of the operator(s) feeding the moulder(s): On or about June 30, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to amputation hazards while processing noodles' dough in a knead and production machine where the on/off switch was in the back of the machine and was lacking an emergency stop device.
