29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold, or work platform, trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: (a) Jobsite - On or about June 25, 2024 the employer did not ensure that employees were trained by a qualified person on the hazards when working from a scaffold exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
