29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 2, 2024, employees engaged in printing activities in the Northside press side of Taylor Communications located at 9503 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that employees operated equipment powered through an extension cord substituted as permanent wiring. Instances included but were not limited to: i. Syntron Jogger and ii. 3M-Matic Case Sealing System.
