29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: On or about April 24, 2024, employees involved in metal building assembly at the T&T Quality Buildings facility located at 89384 558th Ave, Fordyce, Nebraska were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to an open electrical box located next to a light switch at the main garage door.
