29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(ii)(b): Adjustments on crane(s) were not maintained to assure correct function of limit switches. (a) Metal Fabrication Area: on or about and at times prior to April 24, 2024, employees operated a 15/5-ton Shaw Box S/N 38783, to hoist, move and reposition steel transformer housings weighing up to 15 tons, while the upper limit switch was damaged, allowing the hoist block to come in contact with the drum.
