29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 23, 2024, in the Engine Room #2 at Americold Logistics LLC Samuel facility, employees were exposed to hazards of toxic gas release, when the employer did not ensure the eye wash stations and safety showers inside and outside the engine room #2 had uninterrupted water supply.
