In the finishing department, employee(s) engaged in operating the Ace Hardware 10" drill press were exposed to struck-by hazards due to no chuck guard being provided. 2. In the maintenance shop, employee(s) engaged in operating the Northern Mill were exposed to struck-by hazards due to no chuck guard being provided. 3.
