29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a) At Magic Tilt Trailers, Inc., located at 2161 Lions Club Road, Clearwater, FL, at or near Final Aluminum Assembly and Aluminum Welding: On or about April 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards in that the plug on a power tool had the ground plug removed and was plugged in.
