29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: Location : 825 South 18th St, Newark NJ a) The employer failed to install at least one handrail on a staircase with more than four risers at a residential building under construction. The stairs from the first to the third floor of the two buildings do not have handrails, exposing workers to fall hazards. Violation observed on 03/20/24
