29 CFR1910.215(b)(9): A bench grinder was not equipped with top tongue guards that could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheels. Tool Room: On or about March 6, 2024, and times prior to, the bench mounted dual purpose abrasive and wire wheel machine was not equipped with tongue guards to protect the operator from caught-in hazards.
