At 3766 Townsend Oak Court: On or about February 24, 2024, the employer exposed tree cutting employees to electrocution hazards, in that the employer did not provide training for electrical hazards to unqualified employees whose work was near exposed, energized 7.2 kV overhead electrical distribution line.
