29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: At a facility located at 127 Claxton avenue, Carthage, MO 64836, employees were exposed to hazards to include crushed by, amputation or caught in. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by failing to perform an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedures used to control the energy associated with the PRO-PAL 3500 AST Palletizer used at the facility.
