29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about January 31, 2024, an employee working on the Raw Production Floor behind Line C was performing cleaning and inspection activities in the Spiromac Vacuum Tumbler and the AMFEC Vacuum Tumbler and the employer did not ensure that procedures were utilized for the control of hazardous energy. b. On or about April 11, 2024, an employee working on the Raw Production Floor was performing cleaning activities on the Multivac on Line F and the employer did not ensure that procedures were utilized for the control of hazardous energy.
