29 CFR 1910.254(b)(4)(iv): Terminals for welding leads were not protected from accidental contact by personnel or metal objects: (a) At the West Shop: On or about 01/10/2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that a Miller #33 Welder operating at 480 VAC was not guarded at the terminal leads. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
