29 CFR 1910.1053(d)(5): The employer did not ensure that all samples taken to satisfy the monitoring requirements of paragraph (d) of this section were evaluated by a laboratory that analyzes air samples for respirable crystalline silica in accordance with the procedures in Appendix A to this section: a) 475 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406, Southside Hand Fabrication area: The employer did not ensure that samples taken to satisfy monitoring requirements of paragraph (d) were evaluated with the procedures outlined in Appendix A due to the exclusion of cristobalite and tridymite from the results. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
