Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. WORKSHOP: On/or about December 4, 2023, the employer did not conduct electrical testing on insulated gloves worn while conducting electrical testing on the 9UM extruder and the CP1000 extruder.
