29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: Production Area: Where combustible dust generated by the manufacturing of fiberglass products was present, electrical equipment were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division I, location, or safe for a Class II, Division I, location, on or about November 29, 2023: (a) Robot (cutting) Room - Electrical equipment including, but not limited to, normal lighting snap switches and overhead lighting were located were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division I, location, or safe for a Class II, Division I, location, on or about November 29, 2023. (b) Storage (electrical equipment) Room adjacent to the Robot (cutting) Room - Electrical equipment including, but not limited to, overhead lights, circuit breaker panels, disconnect switches and outlets, in Class II, Division I, locations, was not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division I, or safe for a Class II, Division I, location, on or about November 29, 2023. (c) Robot (cutting) Room and Cutting Booth - A vacuum used in a Class II, Division 1 location was not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division 1, location, or safe for a Class II, Division 1, location on or about November 29, 2023. d) Adjacent to Cutting Booth - electrical equipment used to energize the Donaldson Torit dust collectors and other electrical equipment attached to the right Donaldson Torit dust collector to energize equipment such as the hoist/lift was not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division 1, location, or safe for a Class II, Division 1, location on or about November 29, 2023.
