At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that, forklift operations were conducted without formal instruction, hands on trainings, evaluations or certifications in place while moving merchandise and products in the front and back lots.
