29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: A) Champion Carrier Corporation DBA champion Carrier Miller Industries, Inc. on or about November 09, 2023 at the address of 2755 Kirilla Road, Hermitage, PA: Employees are exposed to point of operation hazards on the hydrocrop-50-SD ironworker on the outfeed side of the machine. Employees use a strap to hold the guard up not allowing the guard to properly protect employees.
