29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located less than 2.44 m (8 feet) above the floor had exposed terminals: 1) Office Area: On or about October 31, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when using the light switch receptacle with exposed wires. 2) Tunnel Area: On or about October 31, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when using an Emergency Stop push button receptacle with exposed wires. 3) Electrical Room: On or about October 31, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard due to electrical receptacles with exposed wires.
