29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about October 19, 2023 at 151 Cedar Ranch St., Derby KS, 67037, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet in that they were using the top step of a Werner 8 foot ladder as a step to access the upper level of the house. Brent Lawrenz DBA BML Construction was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495225, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6532 W. Palmetto Wichita KS.
