29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1910.27(a) the employer failed to meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L for scaffolding use in general industry. On or about October 17, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that the employee(s) who utilize and work from the Terex TS20 scissor lift were provided training.
