29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On or about October 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees in the Exterior Tops department were working underneath overhead work without head protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck-by falling objects.
