29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a- 108 Sofia Drive, Manalapan NJ: On or about 10/04/23 a worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on/standing from a stack of OSB sheets while they rested, unsecured on the elevated forks of an all terrain fork truck. This was not utilizing any fall protection at the time of the exposure. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
