29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. On or about September 13, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that workplace labels were displayed on containers in the warehouse, ink, and polymer production areas, exposing employees to various chemical hazards.
