29 CFR 1910.124(h)(3): Employees working with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin were not provided with appropriate first-aid supplies that were located near dipping or coating operations. On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide proper first aid supplies to employees working with sodium hydroxide, hydrofluoric acid, and nitric acid. This exposed the employees to health hazards.
