29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a.) On or about August 17, 2023 and at times prior thereto, by the middle transfer table, an extension cord (flexible cord) was being used as a substitute for fixed wiring and was wrapped around other cords and parts of the structure. This exposed employees to electrical hazards. b.) On or about August 17, 2023, in the basement of the facility, an extension cord (flexible cord) was secured to parts of the structure. This exposed employees to electrical hazards. c.) On or about August 17, 2023, in the Pug Mill, an extension cord (flexible cord) was secured to parts of the structure. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
