29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Establishment - 15 Amp power strips were daisy chained to extension cords and equipment throughout the facility thus overloading the power strip, specifically in the following areas: a. The Spring bar welding station had a power strip with an extension cord used to power a fan, light, and a hand held portable grinder. b. The Shoe Brake welding station had a power strip with an extension cord used to power a fan, light, and Miller Fitair 130 portable fume extractor.
