29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(ii): Protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials were not used to protect each employee from shock, burns, or other electrically related injuries while that employee was working near exposed energized parts which might accidently be contacted or where dangerous electric heating or arcing might occur: On or about July 19, 2023, at the steel tubing induction machine, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while working with steel tubing and not utilizing protective shields, protective barriers or insulating materials.
