29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At a facility located at 4315 Transport Way in Weston, WI; suitable facilities for quick drenching of flushing of the eyes and body were not provided withing the work area for immediate emergency use when employees were working with caustic chemicals such as, but not limited to drying agents, caustic soda, aluminum brightener, power wash detergent.
