29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular hand-fed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) On or about July 6, 2023, he employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury and directed employees to operate the Saw Stop, Industrial Cabinet Saw, in the wood shop without the use of machine guards. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
