29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about June 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, electrical equipment was used or installed in accordance with manufacturers design and listing and labeling requirements exposing employees to electric shock in the following instances: a) in the PEG area, a conductive electrical outlet box was used with flexible cord to power hand tools, a floor fan and a stereo. b) in the saw area, along the East wall, a floor fan was plugged into a conductive electric outlet box spliced with a flexible cord. c) in the saw area, a 4-way conductive electrical box was used to power two Klutch horizontal band saws, 240 volts.
