29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Long Shot Pistol & Rifle, LLC, 375 County Ave, Secaucus, NJ a) The employer did not make sure all surfaces were as free as practicable of accumulation of lead. Two wipe samples were taken of employee workstations with results of 1616 ug and 144.69 ug. A wipe sample was taken from the breakroom refrigerator door handle with a result of 62.68 ug. Violation occurred on or about June 1st, 2023 and June 3rd, 2023.
