29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Mechanical ventilation was not utilized for a sufficient time frame in order to allow vapors from drying coated articles and drying finishing material residues to be exhausted: a.) Eden, Inc., Spray booth area, on or about May 18th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Sprayed parts that contained flammable substances were allowed to dry/cure outside of the spray booth area. Parts including but not limited to, wooden doors, were coated with flammable materials including, but not limited to, UR Clear Precat Self-S 20SH (LFC2014). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
