Grocery Warehouse: On or about May 2, 2023, and at times prior, the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by carts with product, ladders, equipment, rack system and palletized product, restricting employee movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit. b. Grocery Store: On or about May 2, 2023, the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by a beer display, restricting employee movement thru the exit access, and preventing prompt access to the exit.
