29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1/8 inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC at 201 North Richmond Street, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure potential fire, deflagration and explosion hazards involving accumulated Class II combustible fugitive grain dust in excess of 1/8 inch on surface areas within priority housekeeping areas involving the basement area of the elevator were effectively kept clean. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of fire and explosion involving Class II combustible grain dust.
