29 CFR 1926.502(j)(4):Where tools, equipment, or materials were piled higher than the top edge of a toeboard, paneling or screening was not erected from the walking/working surface or toeboard to the top of a guardrail system's top rail or midrail, for a distance sufficient to protect employees below. Location: The jobsite located at 790 Gay St. in Westwood, MA On or about March 21st, 2023 Employees were exposed to struck by hazards where tools, equipment, or materials were piled higher than the top edge of a toeboard and paneling or screening was not erected from the walking/working surface or toeboard to the top of a guardrail system's top rail or midrail, for a distance sufficient to protect employees below.
