29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): Whenever outside servicing personnel are to be engaged in activities covered by the scope and application of this standard, the on-site employer and the outside employer shall inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: On or about January 26, 2023, at a facility located at 502 E. Linden Street in Abbotsford, WI; the outside employer (Packers Sanitation Services, Inc.) did not inform the on-site employer (Abbyland Foods, Inc.) of the outside employer's lockout/tagout procedures.
