29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: a) Facility: On or about 3/9/2023, the employer did not offer a Hepatitis B vaccination to an employee with occupational exposure to blood, that was designated to provide first aid and remove metal splinters from other employees hands using tweezers and sewing needles. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
