29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not required to wear appropriate goggles, to protect them from the rays when noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields were not used: a: At 911 - B Rivo Place Tarpon Springs, Florida; On or about March 8, 2023, TIG Welding was conducted without safety barriers such as curtains or screens to cover the arc flash and where employees walked and worked in areas adjacent to the welding operations not wearing eye protection adequate for welding.
