29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Block Saw Room; on or about January 6, 2023 and at times prior thereto, maintenance employees were exposed to amputation and electrical hazards, in that the employer did not develop, implement, and utilize lockout/tagout procedures for the repair/maintenance/troubleshooting of the Barry Brown 11.5 ft. diameter circular block saw and the Wilson Electric 11.5 ft. diameter circular block saw.
