29 CFR 1910.178(o)(5): The carriage or blades of the industrial truck was not placed under the load as far as possible and the mast was not tilted backward to stabilize the load: a) On or about June 21, 2023 in the warehouse area, employees used forklifts to load and unload unpalletized cardboard bales. The loads were transported on the tips of the forks and the mast was not tilted back.
